With over 23 years of experience in the financial industry, I’ve honed a strong instinct for navigating complex market cycles, regulatory shifts, and client dynamics. My resilience has been shaped by confronting the industry’s evolving challenges with strategic clarity and unwavering commitment to fiduciary principles.

Similarly, growing up in a family of nine during my early childhood years has profoundly shaped my resolve. We all have a need to be heard. At this point in my career, I had expected to see more women in positions of ownership and wielding real decision-making power. Rather than idly hope for any potential evolution in the field of finance — I decided it was time to create a revolution. One that provides an inclusive, educational, and welcoming space for sharing and growth. It’s why impact investing remains central to our vision — empowering clients to align their wealth with what matters most.

Supporting no-kill animal shelters, protecting our oceans and sea life, making small, daily decisions to lower my carbon footprint, and directing my dollars to like-minded businesses are a few ways I strive to make positive changes. Creating a mentoring program for young women in finance is on the horizon too. I envision a Martos Wealth platform designed just for them.

Outside of work, family times are spent traveling to new places, golfing, beaching, organic gardening, dialing up the cooking channels, and enjoying the laughter that my favorite comedians bring to life.
